Nonfat plain Greek yogurt is maybe one of the best kinds of yogurt for weight loss. It has double the protein of regular yogurt and half of the sugar!

One of my favorites is basically just a big combination of my favorite fruits, and some other things.

I like to start with low-fat plain Greek yogurt. I add in various fruits, such as blueberries, strawberries, and maybe a banana (I love my berries!). Then, sometimes I even throw in a little spinach kale, which is really good for you… and you can’t even taste it in the smoothie!
