There seems to be a new diet every week. Youve probably heard of some of them: keto, paleo, low-carb, South Beach And the list goes on and on.

Our cravings are not random. They usually mean something. We just need to listen.
Yet another way to approach intuitive eating is to log what we eat without judging ourselves.
The point of the food log is not to restrict or punish ourselves. Quite the opposite, actually.
