Salmon Sushi Roll Up Recipe
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 oz smoked salmon, sliced
- 1/4 cup cooked rice noodles
- 1/4 papaya, sliced
- 1 tbsp scallions, chopped
- 2 nori sheets
- 1 lime wedge
1) Place ingredients on the nori sheets and roll up.
2) Cut into sushi and season with lime juice.
