“Lost Tanzanian Tribe” Reveals 3 Probiotic Superfoods That Keep Them Lean While Eating TONS of Sugar…

The reason we know that? It’s because scientists have finally analyzed the gut bacteria of a “lost tribe” from the Tanzanian wilderness in Africa… and made some pretty shocking discoveries from it.
The Lost Tanzanian Tribe’s “Probiotic Secret”… Revealed!
A peer-reviewed study in the scientific journalNature Communications compared the gut bacteria of several different groups.
Among those groups was the Hadza tribe, a remote hunter-gatherer society in the wilds of Tanzania.
Scientists compared the gut bacteria of the Hadza with those of modern urban Italians, as well as two other African tribes who farm their food.
The results were nothing short of revolutionary!
The Hadza hadfar more diverse gut bacteria than their Italian and agricultural counterparts. 
Not only that… but the Hadza had several strains of gut bacteria that were listed as “unclassified bacteriotides.”
That means that they had gut bacteria that the researchers hadnever seen before!
And it’s not like the Hadza were short, squat, or in ill-health either.
Several of the researchers noted the Hadza’s “lean physiques” and “straight teeth.” This is in contrast to other agricultural societies that tend to be shorter, have crooked teeth, and put on weight more easily.
It’s not like the Hadza are starving either.
Tim Spector, Professor of Genetic Epidemiology at King’s College in England spent three days with the Hadza, and noted that not only food was everywhere around them…
…but that also the Hadza practicallygorged themselves on high-sugar foods, such as the rich natural honey nearby, and enormous amounts of berries.
The Hadza rarely had to expend much effort for food. And it may seem counterintuitive… but they have plenty to eat.
So they often only forage for a couple hours per day, eat all they want (including tons of sugar), and relax for the rest of the day.
They atetons… and yet never seemed to gain a pound.
So all of this raises one very important question:
What exactly are the Hadza eating that gives them such diverse gut bacteria (and svelte physiques)?
1) Baobab Fruit
The Hadza gather this coconut-like fruit from the rows upon rows of baobab trees that line their territory.
They crack open the hard exterior, and then mix the powdery inside material with water to create a thick, rich, healthy shake.
They consider it “the perfect breakfast”–baobab is packed with vitamins, healthy fats, and (most importantly) fiber.
This means that baobab will quickly fill you up and keep you full for along time.
Not only that, but it’s also considered to be an extremely prebiotic food; it feeds the “good bacteria” in the Hadza’s guts, and helps them reproduce and crowd out the “bad gut bacteria” that store calories as fat.

2) Wild Game
While Dr. Spector was among the Hadza, they enjoyed several different kinds of wild game.
The Hadza for sure enjoy the odd gazelle or other large grazing mammal…
But their main staple is a small mammal the size of a guinea pig called the hyrax.
Additionally, while Dr. Spector was around them, the Hadza speared two nocturnal porcupines, apparently a rare delicacy.
Wild game is better for you than “factory farmed” meat for several different reasons.
The first is obviously that wild game isn’t fed a diet of wheat, corn, soy, and antibiotics to “fatten it up,” and get more meat per animal.
But there are a host of other benefits to eating wild game (or at least grass-fed beef and meats).
The biggest one is that a key nutrient called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA for short) is present inmuch higher levels in wild game and grass-fed meat.
CLA has a host of health benefits, including appearing to reduce the risk of heart disease, and even some apparent cancer-prevention benefits.
Wild game also has higher levels of omega 3 fatty acids, which are the “good for you” fatty acids found in fish oil and krill oil.
Oftentimes, byproducts of the feed that an animal ingests ends up in its muscle tissue.
If those byproducts include antibiotics… they can cause devastating damage to your gut bacteria balance.
And while you may want to go out and hunt your own meat… there are plenty of grass-fed alternatives now that approximate the benefits of wild game, yet are conveniently available at the nearest grocery store.

3) Insects & Grubs
Yep, that’s right:
Your and my ancestors ate bugs.
And so do the Hadza!
They eat grubs, bee larvae, crickets, and pretty much any other (non venomous) bugs they can find.
And it seems like the Hadza may be trend-setters in this regard!
One of the biggest trends in 2019 was using more insect protein in all kinds of products, from shakes to chocolate bars. 
That’s because insects are LOADED with protein… and are far more sustainable to farm than almost any other animal.
For example, crickets require less than 20% of the feed cows require to farm, and about 1/3 of the feed pigs require.
They also take far less water to raise than pretty much any other animal.
So by eating bugs, you’re saving the planet!
Insects, when eaten, also introduce exotic new strains of (mostly good) bacteria into your gut.
And they’re one of the main reasons the Hadza have the highest gut bacteria diversity on the planet.
