And today’s question is: I want to eat healthy. So where do I start?
There’s a basic principle that I think is very important before you start a new nutrition plan or a new lifestyle ideally something that you can keep going for a long time.

Those types of diets, statistically, will be very effective if followed in the short term but in the long term, people find they gain the weight back and even more.
