- 1 chicken breast
- 3 leaves of lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- Buffalo sauce
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and cook on the stove. Toss in buffalo sauce.
- Lay out three boats (pieces) of lettuce onto a plate.
- Put a handful of chicken breast into each boat of lettuce.
- Sprinkle diced tomato on top.
- Voila! Dinner is served.
