No More Dangerous “Crash Diets”: THIS Is A Much Safer Way To Lose Weight (With Health Benefits That Last Decades)
See The Amazing Health Benefits Of Long-Term Weight Loss…
When you’re trying to lose weight, what do most people focus on?
I don’t know about you, but for me… a lot of it is how I look and how I feel. This makes sense, right?
I mean, you look in the mirror every day. People are looking at you every day. You and I both want to feel comfortable and confident.
But there is so much more to losing weight than just doing it for your own self-esteem. This is what we’re going to touch on today.
A recent study found that people who lose weight AND keep that weight off also decrease their risk of diseases. This even counted for diabetes and heart disease.
The study noted that those who lose weight and then gain it back don’t get these benefits.

“Regaining weight was associated with a reversal of the benefits seen from losing weight,” senior and corresponding author Alice H. Lichtenstein said.
Why is this important?
The findings of this study show that it’s really important to keep that weight off. This is HARD… and is often the hardest thing about a weight loss journey.
A lot of people will lose weight and then… for one reason or another… gain it back.
Because this study found that there are SO many health benefits to keeping lost weight off—lower cholesterol, faster glucose levels, better blood pressure (I can go on)—it’s even more important to learn how to maintain weight loss over the long term.
How To Lose Weight AND Keep It Off
Luckily, I’ve got some tips. Even better, they’re easy to follow and can even be fun:
1) Turn everything into a habit.
Some people say that it takes at least 30 days to build a habit. But as you know… once something becomes a habit, it becomes second nature.
By turning your healthy lifestyle into a habit (getting used to eating better foods, learning portion control like the back of your hand, etc.)… you will be far more likely to keep up with the weight loss.

2) Stick to a schedule.
Keeping to a schedule is another aspect of turning things into a habit.
Trying to eat at the same time every day is really great. Your body will get used to eating around the same time every day… and then you will be less likely to crave unhealthy foods.
3) Make sure that your snacking is healthy.
Eating healthy snacks will help you so much in the long run. Always have some healthy snacks handy… and you will be far less likely to be pressured into grabbing that unhealthy food.
4) Try to exercise regularly.
Even just walking a few times a week for 30 minutes can be so beneficial to keeping weight loss off.
The more you exercise, the healthier you can be! Coupling this with a healthy diet will only increase your chances of keeping that weight off.

5) Keep things fresh.
Just because you have built up habits and schedules doesn’t mean that you can’t keep things fun and new.
When things start to get boring or become a chore… it’s far more likely you will abandon it. So, try and implement new healthy foods… or find new, fun ways to keep the healthy lifestyle up!
All in all, it can be really hard to lose weight AND keep it off.
But is it impossible? Of course not!
If this study shows us anything, it should show us just how important keeping that weight off is. So, this should serve as extra motivation to continue living that healthy lifestyle.
The above are some great tips—but, I saved the very best for last. (You’re welcome.)
If you’re really struggling, I would suggest garnering a support pack. Get some friends to go in on living healthy with you… or have your family remind you of how you should try and be living.
Even better, make healthy meals with your family and friends… or start a walking group with some people!
The more people you surround yourself with, the better chances that the weight loss stays off and the healthy lifestyle continues. Plus, having other people in on it will push you to continue reaching your goals.

Even just having one or two in your “pack” will serve as motivation. Maybe you don’t want to exercise… or you are really tired and want to give and have that unhealthy meal.
Call your pack! Other people can be an amazing motivator to keep living a healthy lifestyle.
(Even better, YOU will be motivating your friends or family, too. So, this should keep you on track… because, of course, helping others out matters as well!)
So, if you have managed to lose and weight and are looking for ways to keep it off… try these tips! They’re all attainable, meant for the long run, and will definitely help you.
Good luck—you can do it!
6) Take A Probiotic Supplement Proven To Encourage Fat Loss…
Sometimes, even the best healthy eating and exercise plans aren’t sufficient to help you lose the weight you want to.
New research shows that this problem is likely due to an imbalance of the bacteria that live in your gut.
Put simply, when you don’t have enough “good bacteria” in your gut… and too many “bad bacteria”… your body doesn’t process food like it should.
Instead of flushing out excess fat and calories as waste… your body holds onto them and stores them as fat.
(Which is how you end up with flabby arms… a round belly… and chunky thighs.)
So, to get the right balance of bacteria in your gut, you need a probiotic supplement that provides those good bacteria.
Once those “skinny helpers” start flourishing in your system… you’ll see the pounds melt right off!
Now, here’s the trick: very few probiotic supplements are specifically formulated to help with fat loss.
So if you go to the store and grab the first probiotic you see on the shelf… you’re pretty much taking a crapshoot as to whether it will help you lose weight or not.
(In fact, SOME probiotic strains actually lead to weight GAIN—and that isn’t what you’re looking for at all!)
That’s why it’s so important to choose a probiotic supplement that’s been specifically formulated and scientifically proven to aid in weight loss.
Right now, I know of only ONE probiotic supplement on the market that fits the bill… and that gets my stamp of approval.
It was actually formulated under the guidance of a well-known doctor who has been at the forefront of research on gut health and weight loss.
