Are Carbs Bad For You? Here’s The Scientific Truth…
Hello again, everyone!
It’s Tara here. I’m back today to talk about something I feel passionately about: CARBS.
More specifically… I want to discuss the truth about whether carbs are actually bad for you.
Here’s the thing: carbs have really gotten a bad rap in the health and weight loss world in the last few years.SPECIAL: Researcher Discovers The “Million-Year-Old” Diet That Allows This Tribe To Stay Slim & Healthy… Even While Eating Sugar
That’s especially true if you’ve looked into any of the low-carb diets like keto. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that keto in particular has become SUPER popular over the last few years… and keto is famously strict about keeping your carb intake low.
The same is true for other low-carb diets, like Atkins.
And there are SO many people who swear by the keto diet (and other low-carb diets) for weight loss.
While low-carb diets can help you lose weight… are carbs actually the enemy of weight loss? And are they bad for your health?

So, this is a great one because it’s something that you hear a lot about—low-carb diets. And there are some people that, in my opinion, can take this too far.
And that’s because you’ve got good carbs and you’ve got bad carbs.
Now, your bad carbs are going to turn into sugar immediately… and that will turn into fat. And your good carbs will have fiber in them and can actually support your overall health and weight loss.
An example would be black beans. Now, if you’re on a no-carb diet, you wouldn’t eat black beans… because they do have carbs.
However, they also have 12 amino acids, which are essential for synthesizing protein… and protein is the building block of muscle. The more muscle you have, the faster you lose weight!TRENDING: Women Who Eat These 3 Cheeses Are Losing Pounds of Stubborn Belly Fat (Research Proven)

How To Lose Weight WITHOUT Giving Up Your Favorite Carbs…
I was actually quite relieved to find out that carbs are *NOT* the enemy of weight loss, like so many “diet experts” make them out to be…
Especially if you stick to “good” carbs, like whole grains, veggies, legumes, etc.
However, when I started focusing on eating only the good carbs… I’ll admit that I really missed eating those “bad” carbs. (Why do they have to be the most delicious?!)
I mean, I love sweet potatoes and black beans as much as anyone else… and yes, they do technically contain carbs…
But are they really any comparison for pastries… cookies… cakes… white bread… or pizza?
Unless you’re talking about a sugar-packed sweet potato casserole (with marshmallows no less!) at Thanksgiving… I think not!
That’s why I was so excited when I stumbled across this exciting new research coming from an Ivy League team of doctors… that reveals how you can still eat those “bad” carbs while losing weight!
They learned this ingenious new weight loss trick by watching Europeans—who are famous both for their delicious, carb-heavy foods (pasta, bread, pastries, pizza, etc.)… as well as for their slim physiques.
(I’ve never seen an obese French person… have you?)
These scientists cracked the code & figured out how YOU can do it too—how you can eat lots of carbs (even the “bad” ones) and still be slim & svelte.
