These Smoothies Are Delicious, Filling, and Help You Lose Weight
I absolutely love a delicious smoothie!
Smoothies are one of the absolute best ways I’ve found to lose weight fast.
They’re packed with vitamins… loaded with fiber… and help you feel full all day long, even though they aren’t loaded with calories.
And most importantly, when I have one of the smoothies below, I feel a whole lot better.
I have more energy…
More mental focus…
And I’m not nearly as sluggish as I normally am.

1) Your New “Staple Smoothie”: Delicious Balanced Fruit-Forward Goodness!
If you need a “staple smoothie” that has a bunch of nutritious vitamins and minerals in it…
But that tastes great too!
I used this as my “Staple Smoothie” to help me lose 15 pounds over the summer a few years back.
And I still use it to this day!
It’s well-balanced… and is sweet enough with the fruit to taste great…
But it has more greens in it than many salads do!
And without the heavy calorie salad dressings that can ruin a salad, too.
Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:
16 ounces coconut water
3 organic kale leaves
2 cups of organic spinach
1 sprig of cilantro
1 organic apple
1 cup cubed pineapple
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup mangoes
Ice as wanted for temperature/texture
Chia seeds if wanted
Directions:
Start by washing all fruits and veggies
Pour the coconut water into your blender container.
Chop up kale and blend with coconut water, spinach, and chia seeds (if you’re using them).
Cube the apple and pineapple, add it, and blend.
Add blueberries, mangoes, and ice (if using them) and blend one final time.
This smoothie is actually really delicious, and is packed with B vitamins, vitamin C, and potassium.
2) This Orange “Inflammation Blaster” Smoothie Helps Your Body Heal Itself
It’s becoming clear that inflammation is responsible for a lot of problems in your body.
Excess body fat is one of those problems.
According to this study from Vanderbilt University, as your body’s fat cells grow larger, they attract inflammatory cells, and crowd out white blood cells.
That means your body’s immune response is compromised… and it creates a feedback loop that can make you sicker and sicker over time.
